Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product and we'll either exchange or replace it, or credit your account.


Once your order has been shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number.


National Orders

  • Free Shipping for orders over R600
  • For orders under R600, our standard courier rates is R120 for delivery around South Africa, and R90 for local delivery around Durban, where our warehouse is based.
  • Orders received after 10am will only leave the next day. Once the item has been dispatched you can expect delivering within 2-4 working days (for main cities in South Africa), unless otherwise stated.
  • You will be required to sign for delivery. Please make sure you provide a day-time address where someone will be available to sign between 9am and 5pm. Please also provide day-time contact number at checkout.
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign e.g. staff.
  • Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
  • We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.


Returns & Exchanges

For all returns please contact We’ll evaluate your request, and if approved we’ll guide you through the returns procedure. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if you do not comply with our Returns Policy.


Online Orders

If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you have purchased, please email us at within 7 days of delivery with a picture and reason for return. 

We will then arrange a courier to collect the item. You will be charged our standard courier rate, which will be deducted from your refund/credit. Please ensure that you send the item back in the original packaging so as to prevent damage on the return trip. 

Once we have received the item we will refund/credit you, less the return courier fee, provided that the item is in a resale-able condition and free of:

  • Damages and tampering
  • Partial or entire disassembly

You will be refunded via your original payment method or via Electronic Funds Transfer. Please allow for up to 10 working days for payments to made.


Damaged items

In the unlikely event that the item delivered to you is damaged, please contact us on within 24 hours of delivery, with a picture and description of the issue.


Return of Sale/Discounted/Promotional items

Regrettably we do not return sale/discounted items or items bought on promotion, unless there is a manufacturing fault. We also cannot offer refunds for gift vouchers purchased on our site.


GoodRoots items purchased in a retail store

Please note that we only accept returns for items bought on this online store If you have an issue with an item bought in one of our retail partners, please contact that store directly.
