Shipping policy
Delivery
Once your order has been shipping you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and tracking number.
National Orders
- Free Shipping for orders over R750
- For orders under R750, our standard courier rates is R125 for National orders and R95 for orders in Durban and surrounds.
- For certain heavy items (e.g. fertilisers) a delivery fee will be charged. The fee will be indicated on the product page by weight.
- Orders received after 12.30pm will only leave the next day. Once the item has been dispatched you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days (for main cities in South Africa), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- You will be required to sign for delivery. Please make sure you provide a day-time address where someone will be available to sign between 9am and 5pm. Please also provide day-time contact number at checkout.
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign e.g. staff.
- Every order has a tracking number, which can be used to trace your parcel online.
- We unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this stage.
